Residents of Providence Point pay a one-time Entrance Fee, then a Monthly Fee upon moving into the community, as they would in any continuing care retirement community. The Entrance Fee affords residents the exclusive use of the residence, community amenities and common areas, and provides for future long-term healthcare needs within the community. Because we are a LifeCare community, tax law allows for a portion of both the Entrance Fee and Monthly Fee to be deducted for tax purposes. Both fees will vary based on the size of residence chosen.

Providence Point offers the flexibility of six different Entrance Fee programs to fit your lifestyle and budget, including:

• 90% refundable LifeCare program
• 50% refundable LifeCare program
• Non-refundable LifeCare program
• 90% refundable modified program, which allows residents to retain approved long-term care insurance
• 50% refundable modified program, which allows residents to retain approved long-term care insurance
• Non-refundable modified program. which allows residents to retain and utilize approved long-term care insurance when appropriate (0% refund amortizing over four years)
