We offer holistic, evidence-based classes and programs that are directed toward achieving and maintaining health and independence throughout the continuum of care at Providence Point. Programs encompass all six aspects of Wellness:

Social - to encourage positive relationships and interactions that will add to the enjoyment of life and bring hope and joy. To feeling connected and value differences.

Physical - to provide an environment that encourages and supports healthy behaviors and best practices of care, relative to one’s own abilities and disabilities. To discourage negative, excessive behavior.

Intellectual - to provide learning and mentally stimulating opportunities for continued growth and wellbeing. To think creatively and rationally through a variety of familiar and new resources and lifetime learning and other activities.

Community – to promote ongoing positive interactions between Providence Point and the community at large.

Emotional - to achieve a sense of peace and acceptance within one’s self that calls forth the best of self. To account for personal expectations, and perspective. To managing stress, success and failure.

Spiritual – to encourage one’s sense of life purpose and satisfaction.  To develop a strong sense of hope, faith, and connection while exploring one’s deepest personal values, ethics and the depth and expanse of life.


Our thoughtfully designed philosophy and programs enhance all areas of personal wellness with programs tailored to meet each resident’s needs.

Stroll along a walking path, take a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool or a whirl in the jetted spa, visit our Wellness Center—a hub of healthful activities. You’ll feel at the top of your game after a session in the fitness center and personalized fitness coaching.  You can even enjoy a round of golf at our indoor golf simulator, regardless of the weather!

If you prefer a more relaxing form of Wellness, visit the Day Spa, take in a movie at our surround-sound movie theater, visit the Bistro Café or join in a Tai Chi class, an art class or Bible study session. The important thing is that you spend each day seeking Wellness in your own way!
